You will get a slide at the end of the game for your Warden and Alistair or Leliana if they were involved with one of them in DA:O. He will recognize you as his love if you played it that way, and has some specific dialog options open only to someone in that relationship.

I have several eligible characters which I have gotten through the full Dragon Age Origins (DA:O for short) game. There’s no “tent action” at camp, either. In fact, your ability to chat with your new team in general is disappointingly limited. The rumor about no new romance options is, however, 100% true. The rumor about your romance interest (or people in general) recognizing you isn’t completely true. Top among them was that romance options didn’t cross over and neither did any of your DLC items. I heard confusing and contradicting information on Awakenings. This all refers to the PC version, and may or may not be exactly the same for XBOX or PS3.
